  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

3. Process for Returning an Item

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days after receipt of the return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as damaged or incorrect items).

Using a soap dish or drying tray will help preserve its freshness and durability.   Because each item is handmade in small batches, slight variations in color, design, or swirl pattern may occur. It’s part of what makes your Mnt. Naturals product uniquely yours. 

  • To get the most from your jar candle, follow these tips for safe and enjoyable use:

    • Trim the Wick: Keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch before each use to prevent excessive smoke and uneven burning.

    • Burning Time: For an even melt and maximum scent throw, allow the wax to pool across the entire surface during each burn, especially the first time you light it. We recommend burning your candle for no longer than 3-4 hours at a time.

    • Safety First: Always place the candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

    • Storage: Store your candle in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to preserve its scent and color.
